I’m not wholly into following celebrity blogs, not sure if any of them really keeps blogs if they do it’ll most likely be of their usual self-indulged rants, but this one was worth checking into.
For those of you who may not be familiar with Sean Patrick Flanery, he is one of those low-key papparazzi-eluding actors who keeps serious about his work, unlike some desperate camera-whoring talentless bums (you prolly know them best as that people with the capital K). He is best known for films like POWDER, SUICIDE KINGS, THE BOONDOCK SAINTS I & II, SAW 3D, and number of TV stints including the most recent DEXTER and in the past, as the famous adventurer in his puberty days on THE YOUNG INDIANA JONES CHRONICLES. And when he’s not acting he prominently teaches at a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in Hollywood in which he has a Black Belt.
Now his blog reads somewhat like a motivational self-help guide, but without the cheesy sugar coated metaphors and the like. At times he can be pretty blunt says-it-like-it-is attitude and not be sorry about it. But at least it’s not so insulting it makes you cry. He speaks from his experiences and hopes that readers can be inspired by his openness and make positive decisions for their lives. How nice is that?
Well I’ll let you head over there and read them for yourself and see if it will help you to SHINE.
